I'm Bogdan Pasca, PhD graduate of the ENS de Lyon/ Arènaire team at LIP since September 21st 2011.

Over my 3-year thesis I have worked on developing highly flexible arithmetic operators for FPGAs, with the final goal of provining a fully parametrizable floating-point mathematical library.

Towards this goal I've contributed to the developement of FloPoCo, a framework for enhancing the productivity of designing such flexible arithmetic operators.

Alongside substantial infrastructure developement, I've also contributed with several arithmetic operators (please check my research page for corresponding publications).

My thesis is called High-performance floating-point computing on reconfigurable circuits.

My thesis advisor, and also co-developer of FloPoCo is Florent de Dinechin.

In November 2011 I've joined the Altera European Technology Centre.
